The vast majority of cases we run is ended with arbitral vindication; however, practice shows that despite our regularity, consequent action and choosing the best methods, some proportion of arrears are eventually solved at court. Keeping in mind the need for such support for our Customers, we provide it, and our actions at court as well as enforcement activities, are at the top level.
